Have you ever been in a social situation and not know what is going to happen next? During their first visit to a doctor’s office, some patients experience apprehension because they don’t know what to expect. Here is what you can expect on your first visit to Strive Chiropractic:

Paperwork
When you complete the New Patient Entrance Form, we’ll have an excellent understanding of your past and current health situation. The form may seem lengthy at first but most of the questions are “Yes” and “No” answers, so it will go quickly. But, more importantly, the information you provide is crucial for determining the best course of care. Want to make it go even quicker? Check out the "New Patient Paperwork" section of the website to download the forms to fill out ahead of time!

Consultation
Once you’ve completed your paperwork, you will meet with Dr. Jake and discuss your health concerns. We will find out if you’re a good candidate for chiropractic care!

Examination
Following the consultation, Dr. Jake will perform a thorough chiropractic, orthopedic, physical and neurological examination. The purpose of this examination is to locate the cause of your problem so we can develop a plan to help you.

X-Rays
When required, x-rays will be taken to get a closer look at the potential cause of your problem. We have a complete x-ray facility on premises. You do not have to be referred out to have these taken.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding clinic charges, please ask us and we will be happy to assist you!
