MEET DR. JAKE

Dr. Jake Grinaker is a Doctor of Chiropractic and Owner of Strive Chiropractic located in Fargo, North Dakota.

After graduating cum laude with a Bachelor of Applied Science Degree in Exercise Science (with an minor in chemistry), from the University of Minnesota - Duluth, Dr. Grinaker received his Doctorate in Chiropractic from Northwestern College of Chiropractic. Dr. Grinaker specializes in corrective chiropractic, focusing on spinal rehabilitation and curve correction. As one of a handful of doctors in the state who provide this specific technique, Dr. Grinaker is constantly creating new health development programs for his practice members and his community.

Dr. Grinaker is a member of the International Chiropractic Association and the North Dakota Chiropractic Association. He is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and a Certified Golf Fitness Instructor through the Titleist Performance Institute. Dr. Grinaker has dedicated years of his life to understanding proper biomechanics of the human spine and continues to be a leader in health and wellness.

Dr. Jake and his beautiful wife, Brittany, live in south Fargo with their son, Merik. They also have another one on the way and are awaiting his or her arrival in June! When he is not shoveling his driveway, Dr. Jake and his family love to do whatever they can outside, including biking, going for walks, camping, spending time at the lake, and skating. Dr. Jake also enjoys playing hockey, softball, and is going to start doing some triathlons soon! Dr. Jake’s family in originally from the Fargo-Moorhead area and he still has many ties to the area. Dr. Jake’s dad, Dave, played football for Concordia before being signed by the Pittsburg Steelers. His grandpa, Finn, coached football, golf, started the wrestling program, and taught at Concordia for a number of years. Both are in the Concordia Hall of Fame. Dr. Jake and his family love every minute of their lives and being a part of the FM community.

Dr. Grinaker's mission is to create a community of families and individuals living wellness lifestyles, changing thousands of people's lives ... one patient at a time. He does this through his extensive community outreach programs providing dozens of complimentary lectures about popular health topics to a variety of companies and organizations in the area. He also provides complimentary "Health and Wellness" seminars at his office on Monday evenings for practice members, as well as the public.

His vision is for every household in the Fargo-Moorhead area and beyond to be informed about health, wellness, and chiropractic. Proper nervous system function is vital to create a healthier, happier community free of sickness and disease.
